摘要:

基于圆周法的测量方案,对圆平面的平面度误差的测量与评定问题进行研究。提出等角度-等间隔、等角度-不等间隔、不等角度-等间隔和不等角度-不等间隔、单圆周等五种采样方案,建立圆平面的最小二乘法和最小区域法的平面度误差评定模型。对于单圆周的平面度误差的测量方案,提出基于圆度误差评定模型的平面度误差的评定方法。依据上述圆平面轮廓的圆周法测量方案和平面度误差评定模型,编制圆平面的平面度误差评定及其结果的可视化程序。对一圆平面,按等角度-等间隔、不等角度-等间隔和单圆周等3种采样方案进行轮廓测量,对其平面度误差进行评定。程序运行结果验证所建模型的正确性和单圆周测量方案情形下两种平面度误差评定方法的一致性。


Measurement and evaluation of flatness error for circular plane based on circular road

Abstract: Based on the circular road measurement strategy, the issues on the measurement and evaluation of flatness error for circular plane was researched. The five sampling strategies, such as, equal angle-equal distance (EAED), equal angles-unequal distance (EAUD), unequal angles-equal distance (UAED), unequal angles-unequal distance (UAUD), and single measuring circle (SMC), were presented, and the evaluation models of flatness error for the plane were built based on the least-squares and minimum zone methods, respectively. For the single measuring circle sampling strategy, the evaluation method of flatness error was proposed by using the evaluation models of the roundness error. According to the measurement strategies and evaluation models above, the program of evaluation and visualization of flatness error for circular plane was developed. The profiles of a circular plane were measured by using three sampling strategies, such as, EAED, UAED and SMC, and its flatness errors were evaluated. The correctness of the built models was checked through the running results of the developed program, and the uniformity of evaluation results based on two evaluation methods was also checked under the condition of single circular road measurement strategy.
