CAT技术在变速箱噪声测试中的应用

摘要:

为了实现对汽车变速箱总成振动噪音的定量测量和定位判断,根据线性系统振动噪声的频谱叠加机理分析,阐述了变速箱各档配对齿轮啮合频率与啮合噪声外在表现的联系,研究了基于FFT实现的变速箱齿轮噪声CAT测试系统,并对有关误差进行了分析。实验数据证明,该系统能够满足工业生产的实时测试要求。


Application of CAT technology on gearbox noise measurement

Abstract: In order to solve the problem about the location of gearbox noise source and measure the value, noise mechanism of automobile gearbox was investigated.The relation between noise intensity and gear meshing frequency was analyzed.The computer aided noise testing system of automobile gearbox was designed based on FFT, and the error of the testing system was investigated.Experiments show that it could meet the demand of real-time testing and data processing used in industrial production.
