两种电阻应变计参数检测装置的比较与分析

摘要:

目前电阻应变计参数的测量装置主要分为悬臂梁式和纯弯矩梁式两种。针对基于等截面悬臂梁及等强度悬臂梁的电阻应变计参数检测装置的优缺点进行了理论分析,同时详细介绍并分析了基于纯弯矩梁的电阻应变计参数检测装置的技术特点,该装置相对展伸不确定度Ur可达0.1%,范围因子K=3。实践证明,纯弯矩梁式检测装置较悬臂梁式可以实现电阻应变计参数的高精度检测,有效地克服悬臂梁式装置存在的缺陷,有一定的推广价值。


Comparison and analysis of two kinds of parameters testing apparatus for electronic strain gauges

Abstract: There are two kinds of parameter testing apparatuses for electronic strain.One is based on cantilever beam and the other is pure bending moment beam.The advantages and disadvantages are theoretically analyzed for electronic strain gauges designed on the basis of section-uniform cantilever beams and on the basis of intensity-uniform cantilever beams.And the technique features of parameter testing apparatuses have also been introduced for electronic strain gauges designed on the basis of pure bending moment beams.The relative expanded uncertainty (Uγ) of this kind of test apparatuses is 0.1% when the coverage factor (K) is 3.It has been found that this kind of test apparatuses can improve the measurement accuracy of the gauge factor and make up for the shortcomings of the cantilever-beam apparatus.It is a good chioce for use.
