治疗水平剂量计校准因子不确定度评定的探讨

摘要:

依据直接比较法检定治疗水平剂量计照射量校准因子和测量不确定度评定的黑箱模型原理,对X、射线照射量校准因子的数学模型进行了深入的分析,给出定义更加明确,逻辑更加严密,表达更加合理的数学模型。从影响量与其修正因子二者的标准不确定度之间的关系入手,解决了输入量可能为0,但输出量又需要用相对方差合成的方式,进而需要评定输入量的修正因子的相对标准不确定度的问题。


In-depth study of calibration factor uncertainty evaluation of dosimeter for radiotherapy

Abstract: According to the direct comparison method of verifying exposure calibration factor of dosimeter for radiotherapy and the principle of black box model for measurement uncertainty evaluation, the mathematical model of the calibration factor was further studied for the X-ray and the gamma-ray. The new model had clearer definition, more rigorous logic and more rational mathematical expression. Starting from the standard uncertainty relationship between influence value and its correction factor, the problem of evaluating the relative standard uncertainty of the correction factor of input quantity is resolved while the input value may be zero when the output quantity needed the relative combined variance.
