近红外快速检测烤烟等级质量与关键化学指标的关系

摘要:

为客观、稳定的评价烤烟等级质量,该文以2017-2018年全国14个省市的烟叶样品为试验材料,以近红外光谱技术快速检测得到的主要化学成分为基础,以外观特征进行分类后的等级作为参照,探究糖氮比、烟碱、氮碱比等关键化学指标与烤烟外观等级质量的关系。结果表明:糖氮比、烟碱、氮碱比与等级质量存在非线性关系;并应用对勾、二次型等非线性分段拟合函数和加权求和的方法,综合糖氮比、烟碱、氮碱比建立基于化学成分的烤烟等级质量评价方法,并验证在烟碱值适中时,糖氮比值越高烤烟等级质量越好的规律。实验表明该文提出的方法模型具有较好稳定性。因此,应用近红外快速检测技术得到的主要关键化学指标可以实现烤烟等级质量客观、稳定的分析评价。


Relationship between grade quality and key chemical indexes of flue-cured tobacco by near infrared rapid detection technology

Abstract: In order to achieve an objective and stable evaluation of the grades quality for flue-cured tobacco, based on the main chemical components quickly detected by near infrared spectroscopy, this paper explores the relationship between the key conventional chemical indexes such as sugar-nitrogen ratio, nicotine and nitrogen-nicotine ratio and the quality of flue-cured tobacco. In this study, different grades tobacco leaf samples in 14 provinces and cities from 2017 to 2018 are taken as the experimental material, and the grades classified by appearance are references. The result shows: sugar-nitrogen ratio, nicotine and nitrogen-nicotine ratio have nonlinear correlations with grade quality. Based on the method of nonlinear segmentation fitting function and weighted summation such as tick and quadratic, the quality evaluation method of flue-cured tobacco is established based on sugar-nitrogen ratio, nicotine and nitrogen-nicotine ratio. The results of using this method verify that the higher the ratio of sugar to nitrogen, the better the quality of flue-cured tobacco grade when the nicotine number is moderate, indicating that the proposed method model has good stability. Therefore, objective and stable evaluation of the quality of flue-cured tobacco can be achieved by the key chemical indexes obtained by near infrared rapid detection technology.
