医用离心机校准的理论和实践

摘要:

医用离心机转速校准主要有光电测速法、振动测速法。光电测速法不能覆盖离心机无观察窗形式,而在有窗形式下,受反光影响,读数跳变也大;基于转子不平衡振动与转子转速相一致的原理,采用复调制细化谱方法分析和测量转子不平衡振动,进而得到转子转速方法的振动式转速表,具有测量精度高,适应性强的优点,转速测量误差可达到0.1%,是一种转速测量的新方法。该种测量方式经实验验证可用于医用离心机的转速校准。

Abstract: The calibration of medical centrifuge mainly includes photoelectric/vibration method. Photoelectric method for measuring rotation rate can't fully cover the windowless form of medical centrifuge, and the reading jump is also large due to the influence of reflection; The vibration tachometer based on the principle that the unbalanced vibration of the rotor is consistent with the rotor speed, especially the rotor speed is obtained by analyzing and measuring the unbalanced vibration of the rotor by using the complex modulation refinement spectrum analysis method. It has high measurement accuracy and the measurement error can reach the level of 0.1%. It is a new method of rotation rate. The experimental results show that this measurement method can be used for the rotation rate calibration of medical centrifuge.
