基于马尔科夫链的示范线路燃料电池公交车行驶工况构建

摘要:

为反映成都市燃料电池示范线路道路实际工况特征以及燃料电池公交车工况独特性,基于8个月的数据采集,采用聚类分析和马尔可夫链相结合的方法构建成都示范区燃料电池公交车行驶工况。为验证所用方法的有效性,将示范线路工况与数据库总体样本特征值进行对比。结果表明:所建工况与验证数据的平均绝对值偏差为4.66%,且各参数偏差均小于7%。为体现燃料电池公交车工况独特性,将其与国内外其他代表性工况进行比较。对比结果显示:燃料电池公交车工况速度比例分布不均,其平均车速、平均运行车速和怠速比例介于国内一、二线城市之间。匀速比例高,平均加速度和加速比例低于普通燃油公交车工况。该文所建工况符合燃料电池公交车运行特征,可作为示范区代表性行驶工况。


Driving cycle construction of fuel cell bus on demonstration line based on Markov chain

Abstract: In order to reflect the characteristics of actual driving conditions and the uniqueness of fuel cell buses in Chengdu fuel cell demonstration line, based on 8-month data collection, clustering analysis and Markov chain method were used to construct the driving conditions of fuel cell buses in Chengdu demonstration area. In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method, the model line working conditions were compared with the eigenvalues of the total sample in the database. The results show that the average deviation of absolute value between the built working condition and the verified data is 4.66%, and the deviation of each parameter is less than 7%. In order to reflect the uniqueness of fuel cell bus operating conditions, it is compared with other representative operating conditions at home and abroad. The comparison results show that the ratio of fuel cell bus operating speed is unevenly distributed, and its average speed, average operating speed and idle speed ratio are between the first and second tier cities in China. The average acceleration and acceleration ratio are lower than those of ordinary fuel bus. The fuel cell bus operating conditions are consistent with the characteristics of fuel cell buses and can be used as representative driving conditions in demonstration areas.
