非破坏法与干燥器法测定木地板甲醛释放量比对研究

摘要:

为省去木地板甲醛释放量测定之前锯板封边操作,减少准备试件的偶然误差,更加真实地反映室内木地板甲醛的自然释放量,以干燥器法为基础,研究设计模拟干燥器的非破坏木地板甲醛释放量装置,建立非破坏法测定木地板甲醛的方法。经过比对测试,非破坏法甲醛释放量低于干燥器法,但趋势一致;两种方法具有相关性,其比值为1.44左右。自制的非破坏木地板甲醛释放量装置测试木地板甲醛释放量,达到了非破坏的目的,可以与干燥器法甲醛释放量测定结果相互转化。


Determination of formaldehyde emission for wood flooring with non-destructive method and dryer

Abstract: Taking "dryer method" as the foundation, the authors designed a non-destructive wood flooring formaldehyde releases device and established a non-destructive method.This method could cut down the process of board side sealing before determination of wood flooring formaldehyde, and reduce the accidental errors caused by specimen preparation, which could more truly reflect the formaldehyde release of artificial floor in the indoor air.The comparison experimental results show the formaldehyde release determined by non-destructive method proposed in this paper is lower than but relative to that by the drying apparatus method, the ratio is about 1.44, and the trends are consistently.The results of the two methods are mutually transformational.Thus, the non-destructive method can test the formaldehyde releases of wooden floor without destroy.
