摘要：

建立气相色谱-质谱法测定卷烟接装纸中己二酸酯的方法,采用超声辅助异丙醇萃取,DB-5MS色谱柱分离,选择离子检测,内标法定量。己二酸酯在0.05~2.00 g/mL浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.999,加标回收率为78.84%~112.62%,RSD9%,检出限为0.005 1~0.021 1 mg/kg。证明该方法快速、简便易行,可作为测定卷烟接装纸中己二酸酯的方法。

Determination of adipates in cigarette tipping paper by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry

Abstract: A gas chromatography-mass spectrometric method was developed for determining the adipates in cigarette tipping paper. It extracted sample with syndication-assisted method and ethyl acetate, took DB-5MS capillary column as the analytical column, and adopted SIM mode detection and internal standard method for quantitative analysis. The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.05-2.00 μg/mL and the correlation coefficients were above 0.999. The relative standard deviations were below 9%. Overall recoveries were 78.84%-112.62%. The detection limit of the method was 0.005 1-0.021 1 mg/kg. The method was fast and simple for determining adipates in cigarette tipping paper.
