摘要:

针对大空间半导体制冷装置设计问题,研制半导体制冷系统和温度监测系统。系统采用分布式DS18B20温度传感器,实现制冷装置温度的智能控制与调节,得到在不同电流下制冷片两端的温差及箱体内平均温度随制冷片工作时间的变化情况。试验结果表明:温度监测系统实时性好,控制精度高,为分析半导体制冷片制冷性能提供数据依据,为研制装甲车辆驾驶舱半导体制冷装置奠定理论与试验基础。


Design of semiconductor refrigerator based on DS18B20 temperature sensor

Abstract: In order to solve the design problem of semiconductor refrigerators with large space, the semiconductor refrigeration system and temperature monitoring system were designed. The distributed temperature sensors based on DS18B20 were used to realize the function of intelligent control and modulation. The data condition that reflects the variation of temperature difference between the cold junction and hot junction and the average temperature in the test chamber were got. The test results show that temperature monitoring system have the traits of real-time measuring and accurate controlling. It provides data evidence for analyzing the performance of thermoelectric cooling chip and lays the foundations of theory and experiment for researching and designing the semiconductor refrigerator for the cockpit of armor vehicles.
