气象用湿敏电容传感器的稳定性测试与分析

摘要:

为研究湿敏电容传感器的稳定性特征,利用14支湿敏电容传感器静态测试数据,用误差年漂移量定量表征湿敏电容传感器的稳定性,并对误差年漂移量的变化规律及影响因素进行分析。结果表明,湿敏电容传感器的稳定性受温度、温度和湿度的交互作用以及厂家制造水平的影响,低温时稳定性较差;室温时稳定性随湿度升高而降低。经过一年的使用,78.6%的湿敏电容传感器无法满足技术指标要求。


Stability test and analysis for capacitive humidity sensor in meteorologic domain

Abstract: In order to study the stability characteristic of capacitive humidity sensor, two static tests of 14 capacitive humidity sensors were conducted. Based on the test data, the stability characteristic of capacitive humidity sensor was acquired, in which the stability was expressed by the drift of error in a year. The changing principle and influencing factors of the drift of error in a year was analyzed. The results showed that its stability was influenced by temperature, technological level and the combined effect of temperature and humidity. Its stability was worse in low temperature, and it decreased as the humidity increased at room temperature. After a year of service, 78.6 percent of capacitive humidity sensors are unable to meet the technical requirements.
