舞台照明灯具光斑切割系统研发

摘要:

光斑切割成像系统是专业舞台照明灯具的高端图案动作的功能部件。为达到运动平滑和产生对称、连续变化等多种图案效果,研发矢量运动方式切光成像系统。该系统由4块切光片组成,每块切光片由两轴进行矢量控制,结构轻巧灵活,采用多种切割图案的同步控制算法和S加减速控制,以达到连续变化的多种光斑图案形状。文中对系统机械结构和同步运动控制算法、基于瞬态电流变化的驱动电压参数选取、噪声与平滑控制的S加减速运动等进行重点分析与优化设计,通过实验和多种电脑摇头灯产品应用证明效果良好。


Design of spot cut system in stage lighting lamps

Abstract: The spot cut imaging system is a high performance feature of image action in professional stage lighting lamps. In order to generate the movement smooth and symmetrical patterns and other effects of continuous change, a way to cut vector sport light imaging system was developed. The system consists of four spot cutter compositions, and each block consists of two vector control shafts. It has a lightweight and flexible structure. Synchronization control algorithm and S deceleration control used by a variety of cutting patterns, a continuous variation of the spot pattern of various shapes were achieved. In this paper, the mechanical structure of the system and synchronized motion control algorithm, drive voltage parameter selection of transient current, S-ramp movement on noise control and smooth were analyzed and design optimally. The effectiveness was proven through experiments and a variety of product applications.
