深水套筒式连接器合格性测试

摘要:

深水套筒式连接器,作为主要水下生产设施的连接,是水下生产系统的重要组成部分。为检测连接器的性能,参照相关标准,在分析连接器所处的环境和所受各种复杂载荷的基础上,提出深水套筒式连接器进行合格性测试的步骤,包括连接器外压测试、内压测试、弯曲测试和扭转测试等。合格性测试对进一步研究连接器的测试具有一定的参考价值。


Qualification testing for deepwater collet connector

Abstract: Deepwater collet connector is one of the most important components in subsea production system. It is mainly used to connect the subsea production facilities. In order to detect the properties of the connector, reference to the relevant standards and based on the analysis of the environment and varieties of complex loads of the connector, qualification testing for deepwater collet connector were tentatively proposed, including external pressure testing, internal pressure testing, bending testing and torsion testing. The qualification testing can be referenced for further research on testing for connector.
