光通信滤光片外观特性及缺陷的视觉检测

摘要:

针对目前光通信滤光片外观检测及筛选仍依赖人工的情况,提出利用机器视觉与软件分析方法,通过光通信滤光片与系统内标准滤光片模板外观特性进行比对,实现光通信光学薄膜元器件外观缺陷的高效、准确检测,并在检测线上根据设定类别进行自动分类及产品自动装盒,实现自动检测分类,提高生产效率。

Abstract: As the detection and selection of optical communication filter's appearance still rely on manual operation, the machine vision and software analysis method were proposed. By comparing the appearance characteristics of the optical communication filter with that of the standard filter template, the appearance defects of the optical coating elements were detected efficiently and accurately. The detection line automatically classifies and packs the product according to the set category classification, which greatly improves the production efficiency.
