真空灭弧室周边电场信号采集系统设计

摘要:

为实现真空灭弧室真空度在线监测,设计一种真空灭弧室周边电场信号采集系统,详细说明容性耦合传感器及其信号调理电路的设计思路,并编制适用于STM32F103C8T6单片机的数据处理程序和LabVIEW上位机界面。试验表明:该系统能够有效采集不同工况下灭弧室周边的电场信号,可用于灭弧室真空度在线监测。


Design of acquisition system for electric field signal surrounding vacuum interrupters

Abstract: In order to monitor the vacuum degree of vacuum interrupter on line, an acquisition system to collect electric field signal surrounding the vacuum interrupter was designed. The design ideas of capacitive coupling sensor and signal conditioning circuit were illustrated in detail. The data processing program for STM32F103C8T6 MCU and LabVIEW interactive interface was made. Experiments suggested that the acquisition system is able to effectively collect electric field signal surrounding the vacuum interrupter in different working conditions and can be used to monitor vacuum degree on line.
