环境中铅化学形态分析研究进展

摘要:

铅是对人类和高等生物最具危害的有毒金属之一,其毒性与化学形态密切相关。环境介质中铅的化学形态监测分析主要包含样品的采集、保存、前处理、分离和测定等步骤。该文综合国内外相关文献,系统介绍环境介质中铅化学形态监测分析的相关技术和方法,并阐述我国开展铅化学形态监测存在的问题及其意义。


Research progress on chemical speciation analysis of lead in the environment

Abstract: Lead is one of the most toxic metals which harm the health of human and other higher organisms, and its toxicity is closely related with the chemical speciation. Chemical speciation monitoring of lead in environmental media mainly includes sample collection, storage, pretreatment, separation and determination. A brief overview on related technology and method of lead chemical speciation in environmental samples have been presented in this paper. The problems and its significances of lead speciation monitoring in china are also put forward.
