摘要:

针对动转角积分法间接地测试高速铁路桥梁动挠度需要高准确度的传感器测得梁体的横向动转角,提出一种基于高精度的力平衡传感器间接测试高速铁路桥梁动挠度的方法,该文选择合适的小波提升分解方法,从高精度力平衡传感器的输出信号中提取出有用的超低频转角信号,实现基于高精度力平衡传感器间接测试大跨度铁路桥梁动挠度.实测对比试验表明:此方法测试高速铁路桥梁的动挠度的精度可达毫米级.相比其他方法,该方法不需要静态参考点,可以测试任何条件下的桥梁动挠度.


Based on force balance sensor to measure high-speed railway bridge dynamic deflection

Abstract: Aiming at the method based on dynamic angular intogration to indircet test the dynamic deflection of high-speed railway reguireds a high precision sensor to measure the lateral beam angle, presented a method based on high-precision force balance sensor. In this paper, choose a method of good wavelet lifting decomposition to extract useful ultra-low frequency precision angle signal from the output signal of high-precision force balance sensor, and can indirectly measure high-speed railway bridge dynamic deflection based on precision force balance sensor. A field comparing test experiment result shows: this method can get millimeter level precision and can be used to measure the dynamic deflection of high-speed railway bridge. Comparing with other methods, this method do not need a static reference point and can measure the dynamic deflection of bridge at any condition.
