基于包络谱分析的滚动轴承故障声发射诊断研究

摘要:

通过对内圈、外圈、滚子含有缺陷的滚动轴承进行不同转速条件下的声发射试验,采集宽频的声发射信号,运用小波分析方法把信号分解在不同频带,对低频信号进行重构,对比重构后的包络谱特征频带和理论故障特征频率,并进行误差分析。结果表明,在包络谱上可以找到理论的故障特征频率范围,说明包络谱分析法对滚动轴承故障声发射诊断是有效的。


Study of acoustic emission diagnosis of rolling bearing fault based on envelope spectrum analysis

Abstract: The acoustic emission detection of Inner ring and outer ring, roller containing defects of rolling bearing in the different conditions of rotation speed, and collecting the broadband acoustic emission signals. Then using the wavelet analysis method to decompose signals in different frequency bands, refactoring low-frequency signal. Finally,contrasting the reconstruction of the envelope spectrum characteristics of the frequency band and the fault characteristic frequency in theory and take error analysis. Results showed that the fault characteristic frequency range in theory can be found in the envelope spectrum. which indicated that it is effective for rolling bearing fault in acoustic emission diagnosis by the envelope spectrum method.
