摘要:

针对三分量垂直地震测井(VSP)资料采集过程中,普遍存在的检波器水平分量方位随机、三分量旋转定向困难等问题。结合VSP资料采集的特点,集成设计一种可快速获取高精度方位信息的检波器姿态检测方式,基于该方位执行重新旋转投影实现数据的快速校正。该方法利用低成本加速度计、陀螺仪、电子罗盘实现姿态检测,并利用OpenGL三维建模技术重构并显示检波器的姿态信息,根据获取的方位信息结合三分量检波器水平分量的旋转投影关系及数据融合算法,获得精准的校正公式,从而实现水平分量数据的快速校正。大量现场试验证明该方法可行有效,且相较于传统方法,校正结果更可靠、速度更快。


Fast calibration method to horizontal-component data of three-component geophones

Abstract: A fast gesture detection method to obtain high-precision azimuth information of geophones has been designed in this paper in view of common problems existing in geophone such as random orientation of horizontal components and difficult rotational positioning of three components during the data acquisition process of three-component vertical seismic profiling (VSP). The method is developed on the basis of the acquisition characteristics of VSP. From the azimuth determined, the components are rotated again so as to fast correct the data. A low-cost accelerometer, a gyroscope, and an electronic compass are used to detect the gesture of the geophone;an OpenGL three-dimensional modeling is used to reconstruct and display the information of the gesture. An accurate calibration formula is worked out according to the orientation information obtained, as well as the rotation-projection relation and data fusion algorithm, thus ensuring the fast calibration of horizontal component data. A large number of field tests have demonstrated that the feasibility and effectiveness of this method, and compared to the traditional method, this method is more reliable in calibration results and much faster.
