摘要:

针对高精度、小量程的电流相关测量方法有限这一难题,根据有源阻抗的矢量电压合成消除互感器测量误差的方法设计一种精密工频电流-电压比例变换器。该变换器采用3只感应式比例单元实现范围较大的电流比例变换;采用双级电流互感器解决励磁电流引起的误差,减小电流的测试误差;其校准方法采用基于双通道电压比较仪和有源阻抗变换技术的溯源提高测试精度。通过实验证明该变换器能够实现10-6量级的电流-电压比例变换,其校准方法误差优于210-6,可测量最小2 mA的电流。


Design and study on calibration method of precision power current-voltage ratio converter

Abstract: Currently,the AC current measurement means,methods and instruments are more mature in the low rank of accuracy. However,for high-precision current measurement methods related to small-scale is limited,which is currently a major difficulty. Through synthesizing the voltage vector of active impedance to eliminate the measurement deviation of transformer, a kind of alternating current-voltage ratio converter (hereinafter referred to as the converter) is designed. The converter adopts three induction type proportioning unit to achieve wide current transformation. With double stage current transformer to solve the error problem caused by the excitation current,this reduces the measurement deviation of current. The test accuracy is improved by its calibration method based on the tracing of dual voltage comparator and active impedance transformation technique. The experimental results show that the converter can realize the current voltage ratio of the order of 10-6. The method of calibration deviation is better than 2×10-6,and it can measure the minimum current 2mA.
