摘要:

增塑剂中的邻苯二甲酸酯类严重影响人类的生命健康。该文以正己烷为萃取剂,采用超声萃取法提取PE保鲜膜中的邻苯二甲酸酯;利用气相色谱-质谱法/选择离子监测模式(GC-MS/SIM),测定PE保鲜膜中的4种邻苯二甲酸酯(DBP、BBP、DEHP、DNOP)的含量;建立气相色谱-质谱/离子选择法测定PE保鲜膜中邻苯二甲酸酯含量的分析方法。实验结果表明该方法在0.1~0.8 mg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,检测限在0.20~0.60 mg/kg之间,加标水平为0.3 mg/L时的平均回收率为80.2%~104.8%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.76%~5.52%。该方法操作简便、准确性好、快速、灵敏,适于PE保鲜膜中4种邻苯二甲酸酯类含量的测定。


Determination of phthalate esters in PE plastic preservation film by GC-MS/SIM

Abstract: Phthalates in plasticizers affect human life and health seriously. In this work, the phthalates in PE plastic preservation film was extracted by the way of ultrasonic extraction with n-hexane. The contents of four types of phthalates(DBP, BBP, DEHP, DNOP) in the PE preservation film were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry/selective ion monitoring mode(GC-MS/SIM). A method for the determination of four types of phthalates(DBP, BBP, DEHP, DNOP) in PE preservation film by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) was established. The experimental results showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.1-0.8 mg/L, with the limit of detection ranged from 0.20 to 0.60 mg/kg. The average recoveries were 80.2%-104.8% under the spiked sample level of 0.3 mg/L, and the relative standard deviation was 1.76%-5.52%. The method was simple, accurate, rapid and sensitive, which was suitable for the determination of the four phthalate esters in PE cling film.
