一次性随身保暖产品发热温度检测方法研究

摘要:

为给一次性随身保暖产品质量评定中温度特性测试标准化提供理论依据,对暖贴发热温度检测方法进行研究。在相同实验条件下分别使用中心法、加权平均法和红外成像法3种测试方案对暖贴产品发热温度进行测量,通过显著性检验评估各方案对测量结果的影响并分析影响原因。研究表明,3种测试方案在各观测时刻下总体均值间极显著不一致;经最小显著差数法分析,中心法、加权平均法在各观测时刻下不存在显著性差异,但红外成像法由于测试过程受外界环境影响,与另外2种方法存在极显著差异;由于暖贴表面温度不均匀,中心法测量结果重复性最差;加权平均法能有效适应温度不均匀的特点,测量结果变异系数较小,具有较好数据重复性和稳定性,适合应用于一次性随身保暖产品温度特性的标准化测量。


Research on measurement methods for surface temperature of disposable body warmers

Abstract: In order to provide theoretical basis for temperature characteristic test standardization in quality evaluation of disposable body warmers, surface temperature measurement methods of disposable body warmers are researched. Center method, weighted average method and infrared imaging method are respectively used to measure the surface temperature of disposable body warmers under the same test conditions and significance test is conduced to assess the impact on measurement results of each method and analyze the impact causes. The research shows that there are significant differences in general mean values under each observation time. Analyzing based on least significant difference, there is no significant difference of center method and weighted average method under any observation time, but infrared imaging method has more significant differences than other two methods due to external factors. Center method has the worst repeatability because the surface temperature is uneven. Weighted average method can adapt to the uneven surface temperature with small variable coefficient of measurement results and excellent data repeatability and stability, thus it is applicable to the standard measurement of temperature characteristics of disposable body warmers.
