基于LabVIEW的电线电缆检测数据集成系统开发

摘要:

针对目前电线电缆检测机构面临的检测数据来源广、人工收集速度慢、人工评定效率低等问题,研发一种基于LabVIEW的电线电缆检测数据集成系统。通过对检测数据处理流程进行分析,提出基于LabVIEW的电线电缆检测数据系统集成方案,通过ActiveX技术和报表生成工具收集数据和打印报告。结果表明:该系统能够完全替代传统人工的检测数据处理方式,提升检测数据传递过程中的可靠性与工作效率。


Development of data integration system for wire and cable inspection based on LabVIEW

Abstract: In order to solve the problems in the wire and cable inspection, such as wide data source, low speed of manual collection and low efficiency of manual evaluation, a wire and cable inspection data integration system based on LabVIEW is developed in this paper. Through the analysis of inspection data processing flow, a wire and cable inspection data integration scheme based on LabVIEW is put forward. This system can collect data and print reports through ActiveX technology and report generation tools. Results show that the system can completely replace the traditional artificial way of detecting data processing, and improve the reliability and working efficiency in inspection data transfer process.
