在役太阳能热水系统热性能衰减测评的方法研究

摘要:

太阳能热水系统从出厂至投入使用后的集热能力由于受到选择性涂层衰减、结垢、灰尘累积及保温性能降低等因素的影响会产生衰减,直观体现在系统的得热量上,最终影响产品的使用年限。针对该问题,研究在役太阳能热水系统热性能衰减测评的方法,主要工作包括采用混水法对现场投入使用的家用太阳能热水系统的得热量进行多天候测定,利用BP神经网络建立环境温度、风速、相对湿度、热水系统初始温度、太阳曝辐量与系统得热量的数学模型,以该模型为基础来计算热性能衰减量。试验结果表明:该测评模型运用的参数量化对比方法,能够科学地保证衰减量测评结果的可靠性,为相关国标在产品现场衰减量的测评上提供一种参考方法。

Abstract: The heat collecting capacity of solar water heating system will be attenuated due to the factors such as selective coating attenuation, fouling and dust accumulation, and the decrease of thermal insulation performance after being put into operation since delivery, which are intuitively reflected in the system's heat gain and ultimately affect the service life of product. In view of the problem, the measurement and evaluation method of thermal property attenuation of solar water heating system in service is researched, with main works including multiple weather measurement of heat gain of household solar water heating system in service that is put into use at site by adopting water mixing method and establishment of the mathematical model of environmental temperature, wind speed, humidity, initial temperature of hot water system, sun exposure and effective heat based on BP neural network so as to calculate the attenuation of thermal property based on this model. Test results show that the parameter quantization comparison method adopted for the measurement and evaluation model can scientifically ensure the evaluation result reliability, which provides a method reference for relevant nation standards on the site attenuation measurement and evaluation of products.
