摘要:

建立磁力搅拌辅助微波萃取-高效液相色谱法同时测定PM2.5中16种多环芳烃(PAHs)的方法。以玻璃纤维滤膜采样,滤膜经正己烷-丙酮(v/v 2:1)于磁力搅拌微波萃取仪中提取,提取液经浓缩后用乙腈定容,以乙腈和水作为流动相,通过高效液相色谱反相梯度洗脱分离,紫外和荧光串联检测器检测。16种PAHs的线性范围为0.025~5 g/mL,平均回收率为78.8%~101.6%,相对标准偏差为0.4%~5.8%,检出限为0.005~0.051 ng/m3。该法快速、准确、灵敏、溶剂用量小,满足PM2.5中多环芳烃的痕量分析要求。


Simultaneous determination of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in PM2.5 by microwave-assisted extraction coupled with high performance liquid chromatography

Abstract: A method for the simultaneous determination of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) in PM2.5 using magnetic stirring-microwave extraction coupled with high performance liquid chromatography was developed. Atmospheric particulates were collected by glass fiber membrane filter. The glass fiber membrane filter was extracted by adding n-hexane/acetone(v/v 2:1) in an magnetic stirring-microwave extraction apparatus. Extracting solution was added with acetonitrile to form a constant volume after enrichment, and separated by reversed phase HPLC and gradient elution with acetonitrile and water as mobile phase, then detected by ultraviolet-fluorescence detector. The linear range of 16 PAHs ranged from 0.025 μg/mL to 5 μg/mL. The average recoveries were from 78.8% to 101.6%. The relative standard deviations were between 0.4% and 5.8%. The detection limits ranged from 0.005 ng/m3 to 0.051 ng/m3. The method is rapid, accurate, sensitive, solvent saved, and it meets the trace analysis requirements of PAHs in PM2.5.
