摘要:

讨论了对用气相色谱-质谱法测定畜禽尿液中盐酸克伦特罗含量的不确定度的分析。通过对影响样品测试结果的不确定度分量的分析和量化,求出各分量对测量结果不确定度的相对贡献,得出被测量(畜禽尿液中盐酸克伦特罗)的合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度分别为u(X)=0.41g/L、U(P=95%)=2u(X)=0.82g/L,并对测量结果进行了表述11.770.82g/L。如实反映了测量的置信度和准确度。


Evaluation of the uncertainty of the determination of clenbuterol hydrochloride in domestic animal

Abstract: There was a discussion about the analysis of uncertainty in the clenbuterol content in pig urine which was determined by Gas chromatography-mass spectrum.Relative contribution of each component to the uncertainty of the testing results was achieved by analyzing and quantifying the uncertainty component influencing the testing result of the samples.The combined standard and the expanded uncertainty of the measured clenbuterol hydrochloride in the pig urine are obtained as 0.41μg/L,0.82μg/L,respectively.The result of the measurement was denoted as 11.77±0.82μg/L,which reflected truly the confidence and the accuracy of the measurement.
