摘要:

该文讨论了氢化物原子荧光法测定味精样品中的铅,结果表明,样品经水直接溶解后,在30gL-1硼氢化钾(KBH4)还原剂介质和5gL-1氢氧化钾溶液中,样品溶液酸度以0.24 molL-1为最佳。铅浓度在2~12gL-1范围内与荧光值呈线性,相关系数为r=0.9993。RSD小于10%,回收率为95%~102%。该法具有简便、准确、可靠、干扰少的优点。


Determination of lead in monosodium gultamate by HG-AFS

Abstract: This paper studied the determination of lead in Monosodium Gultamate by HG-AFS method.A solution of 30g of potassium borohydride(KBH4) dissolved in 1000mL containing 5g·L-1 KOH solution was used as reductant to generate lead hydride.The results showed that:the best concentration of HCl in sample solution was 0.24 mol·L-1.Linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity(If) and lead concentration held in the range of 2~12μg·L-1(r=0.9993).RSD obtained was less than 10%.Recoveries were in the range of 95%~102%.This method was proved to be not only good in accuracy and precision but also easy to manipalate and less in disturbance.
