摘要：

LMS 195F模块是内置了SED1335 LCD控制器和6264显示VRAM的192128点阵集成显示模块,其功能强大,指令丰富,具有很好的应用前景。本文简单阐述了LMS 195-F模块的性能、特点和指令系统及其与89C51单片机的接口电路及相关软件的设计方法并给出部分程序清单。

Abstract: The LMS 195-F is a integrated module that embedding SED1335 controller and 6264 display VRAM, its function is mighty and commands is abundant, so it has widely foreground of application.This text has introduced the Characteristics and command system of LMS 195-F module, given the circuit and program of the interface with one-chip 89C51.
