Notice for the use of the pesticide residue detectors

Abstract: The principle of the pesticide residue detector, which was based on the liner relationship of enzyme inhibition ratio efficienly of organophosphate and carbamate and their concentrations, in the determination of organophosphorus and carbamate pesticides in vegetables and fruits have been introduced.Notice in using the pesticide residue detector has been detailed by explaining its principle and function.It has included the use and storage of testing agents, sample treatment, procedure of testing, function and use of accessory parts, processing and interpretation of testing results.
