摘要:

介绍了目前摩托车换档拨叉自动检测系统的测试原理及其校正技术,探讨了该校正技术在应用中存在的一些问题。基于当前的计算机、传感器技术,根据最小均方误差理论,提出了一种改进的自校正技术。该自校正技术抛弃了传统的机械修复模块。它大幅度地降低了系统的硬件成本,极大地延长了系统的使用寿命,提高了系统的测试精度、稳定性、可靠性,简化了其自校正操作。


Automatic emendation technology in automatic test system of motorcycle governor fork

Abstract: This article introduced a test principle and emendation technology of automatic test system of motorcycle governor fork are introduced.Some of the problems existed in practice are explored.Based on the current computer technology and sensor technology, according to the least mean square error principle, a kind of automatic emendation technologies is brought forward.Without traditional mechanical restoration, it reduces the system hardware cost greatly and prolongs the system lifetime largely.At the same time, it improves the test precision, stability, reliability greatly and simplifies the operation largely.
