摘要:

分离器自动排污及污水计量功能在大天池气田得到广泛的应用。本文简要介绍了自动排污及污水计量的基本原理,阐述了这些功能的实现过程,并结合应用过程中的实际问题,以电动排污阀动作时间对自动排污的影响,污水计量起点与工艺生产要求的矛盾,液位变送器准确度对污水计量的影响,水化物的冻堵和程序等问题,采取多种优化措施,通过优化程序设计,有效地扩大了应用范围。


Realization and perfect of auto-discharge and auto-metering in separator

Abstract: Technique of auto-discharge and auto-metering for separator waste water has been used widely in da tian chi gas field.The paper give a brief introduction to the basic principle and the achieve process.In using, some particular problems can not be overlooked.Such as, electrical discharge valve movement influence waste auto-discharge, waste water metering beginning and production techneque request contradiction, translator for fluid liquid level accuracy influence to waste water metering, pipeline jam by hydrate frozen and the procedure for solving the jam, some optimum measurements have been taken to slove those problems.Those measurement expand this technique using situation.
