摘要:

本文对测量误差和测量不确定度的基本概念作了简单介绍,得出测量结果的可靠程度是通过分析和评定测量不确定度来确定的;本文着重介绍和探讨了测量不确定度的计算步骤和计算方法,并结合电气实验室经常遇到的电压测量给出不确定度分析和计算实例;本文还介绍了单次测量条件下如何利用已知条件进行不确定度的估计以及不确定度的应用范围。


Analysis and application of uncertainty in produce quality measurement

Abstract: The paper simply introduced the fundamental conception of the error and the uncertainty of measurement, it concluded that the reliable degree of measurement results was determined by analyzing and judging uncertainty measurement.The paper emphasized to introduce and discuss the computing step and method of uncertainty measurement, and gave uncertainty analysis and compute for an example related to voltage measuring which electric laboratory often encounter.The paper also introduced how to evaluate uncertainty under single observation and range of application of uncertainty.
