本文重点概述了2004年全国计量工作按照改革、发展、服务的思路,在完善计量法规,优化量传溯源体系,整顿规范市场经济秩序,强化企业计量管理等各方面所做的工作和成效,并对新一年全国计量工作的发展思路、目标任务及工作重点做了具体部署和展望。

Abstract: The article summarized the works and achievements in metrology of China at 2004. In the past year, based on the guideline of "reform, development and service", many of progress and achievements are made in metrological regulation supplement, quantity dissemination scheme optimization, market order regulating, and enterprise metrological management. Reflections of development, objective and task and emphases in metrological work in the next year are also mentioned.
