基于虚拟仪器的光纤多参数自动校准测试平台

摘要:

针对原有光纤参数测量设备独立测试、测量效率低、光纤接口多次插拔等缺点,设计开发光纤多参数自动校准测试平台。采用LabVIEW编程平台,将多台光纤参数测量设备互联,集中控制,自动设置测量参数,引入44光开关矩阵,自动切换光路,避免光接口的多次插拔,以光功率计、光源的校准为例,编写自动校准程序,自动记录校准结果,自动生成校准报告。实际使用结果表明:该平台校准测试效率高,功能拓展便捷,具有一定的应用前景和推广价值。


Automatic platform for calibrating and testing multi-parameter of optical fiber communication based on virtual instrument technology

Abstract: A new automatic platform for calibrating and testing multi-parameter of optical fiber communication was designed and developped to overcome the disadvantages in old testing way, such as independent testing with devices, low measurement efficiency, many times of plugging optical interface. Devices were interconnected and controlled, and the testing parameters were set automatically in this platform which was programmed by LabVIEW, 4×4 optical switch matrix was used to switch the light path automatically, avoiding multiple plugging optical interface. The optical power meter、light source can be calibrated automatically, the calibration result can be record and the report can be generated automatically in this platform. Application of this platform proved that the system has high efficiency, functional expansion is convenient, has a certain application prospect and promotional value.
