ICP-OES信号漂移的时间函数校正研究

摘要:

通过建立漂移与时间的线性或非线性函数关系,可对测量数据进行合理校正,提高分析测试的准确度和精密度。结果表明,校正函数与谱线选择有关,通过本方法校正可提高分析测试的精密度约10倍,达到0.07%~0.09%。通过方法验证,表明预测值与实测值基本一致,应用该方法是可行的。该方法可对大批量数据进行快速、方便的漂移校正,有效提高分析测试的准确度和精密度。


Study on time function revision of ICP-OES signal drift

Abstract: The linear or non-linear functional formula was used to correct data reasonably to increase accuracy and precision. The results show that the formula correlate with analysis line. The accuracy was about 0.07%~0.09%, 10-fold or so increased. Through validating the method, the data measured was coincided with that predicted, which showed that this method was feasible in drift correction. Thus, this method can be applied to analysis amounts of data, increasing analysis accuracy and precision.
