摘要:

利用LabWindows/CVI强大的软件开发功能,研发了一套自动完成数据实时采集、存储、分析、处理及评价的换热器性能评价系统。系统适用于多种换热器类型,达到了使用一个平台满足多种环境的要求,克服了以往测试系统仅从传热效率、传热系数、压力降等单一性能评价指标去评价换热性能的缺陷,另外引入了熵产分析法,将熵产单元数作为性能评价指标,从以往能量数量上的衡量上升到了能量质量上的评价。


Multifunctional evaluation system for heat exchangers based on Lab Windows/CVI platform

Abstract: Performance evaluation system for heat exchangers is developed based on powerful LabWindows/CVI platform.It can collect, store, analyze and process data automatically as well as evaluate.This system is suitable for all kinds of heat exchangers and this single platform can be used in various situations.Some defects of ordinary evaluation systems are overcome.In those cases, single parameter i.e.heat transfer efficiency, heat transfer index or pressure drop is introduced to evaluate the performance of heat exchangers.Meanwhile, entropy generation analysis which uses entropy generation unit numbers as evaluation index is adopted in the new system.That makes the measurement and evaluation system transfer from the quantity of energy to the quality.
