一种基于VB的多路应变数据采集系统设计

摘要:

针对传统应变测试仪通道少、测量麻烦且价格昂贵等问题,提出了一种多路应变数据采集系统。系统采用电阻应变式传感器测量构件的应变,利用成熟的数据采集技术以及模块化的硬件设计方法,完成了多路应变数据的实时动态采集,并使用VB6.0作为开发工具,实现了数据滤波、标度变换等一次处理。通过实际应用,表明该系统性能稳定,操作简单,系统处理后的数据为机械构件的受力分析提供了依据。


Design of multiplex strain data acquisition system based on VB

Abstract: As traditional strain testers are expensive and deficient in complex test procedures and their test channel is insufficient, the design of a multiplex strain data acquisition system is proposed in this paper.In this system, electric resistance strain sensor is adopted to measure the strain of components and well-rounded acquisition technique is used to collect data, and modularized hardware are taken in the design procedures, which realize collecting the multiplex strain data dynamically.And finally as the development tool, VB6.0 is used to complete data filtering, scale conversion, etc.The actual application results proved that the performance of this system is much stable and its operation is relatively simple.The data processed with this system can be the stress analysis basis for petroleum machineries.
