飞机主系统液压泵测速软件的设计与仿真

摘要:

为给飞机主系统液压泵转速装置的定检提供参考,设计了主系统液压泵的测速软件。采用霍尔传感器采集液压泵旋转产生的脉冲,结合单片机定时器的中断来精确计时,并对单位时间内的霍尔脉冲数进行统计。软件设计包括定时器T0的中断服务、计数器T1的脉冲计数和液晶的驱动三个模块。为确保测速系统软硬件的设计正确,基于Proteus平台并利用模拟的霍尔脉冲信号对设计进行了仿真,结果表明,测试系统的软硬件设计正确,在机务维护中具有很好的应用价值。


Design and simulation of velocity test software for hydraulic pressure pump in main system of plane

Abstract: In order to offer a reference for the scheduled maintenance of hydraulic pressure pump in main system of plane, one velocity test software for hydraulic pressure pump was designed.In this design, the pulse firstly had been generated through collecting the rotation of hydraulic pressure pump by Hall transducer.Then, the interrupt of the single chip timer had been used to time precisely, and the Hall pulse number had been counted in unit time.The design of software included three modules;interrupt service of timer T0, pulse accumulation of counter T1, and the driving program of liquid display.For the sake of the right design, the simulation of the whole design was conducted in the Proteus platform with the help of simulated Hall pulse.The result shows that the design of the software is right, and this system is very useful in the routine maintenance of the plane.
