电子电气产品中限用物质的国际标准化研究

摘要:

电子电气产品中限用物质的管理是电工行业面临的新挑战,为了帮助业界全面、正确地做好应对工作,需要对相关国际标准化工作的动态进行分析和研究。作为新成立的国际电工委员会电子电气产品和系统的环境标准化技术委员会,正在开展一系列的标准化起草工作,旨在系统地解决电工产品的环境问题。为了维护我国的产业利益,我国参与了IEC/TC111标准制定工作并积极提交新标准提案。在中国的机械拆分提案中首次提出非均质检测单元、最小拆分单元、风险评估、归类合并等概念,并得到成员国的普遍接受。


Study on international standardization of restricted substances in electrical and electronic equipments

Abstract: Administration on restricted substances in electrical and electronic equipments is challenge to electrotechnical industry. Study on the related international standardization is necessary when the industry deals with the environmental issues. Environmental standardization for electrical and electronic products and systems, a new IEC/TC, draws a serial of standards to resolve environmental problems of electrotechnical products. Considering China industry interests, China NC participates IEC/TC111 activities and presents new proposals to IEC. The new concepts of non-homogeneous testing unit, minimum disjointment unit, risk assessment and categorizing were put forward within China mechanical disjointment proposal and accepted by most of members of IEC.
