基于单组件信号模型的系统可测试性分析

摘要:

针对系统可测试性分析方法的研究,采用概率分布方法、面向对象方法和蒙特卡罗方法等多种手段对判读信号状态、建立单组件信号逻辑关系、构建系统面向对象的结构模型、检测回路和系统简化、建立系统逻辑关联模型以及进行可测试性分析等一系列问题进行了详细的探讨,并最终得到系统可测试性的定量指标。结果表明该方法能够较好地解决可测试性分析问题,具有建模简单、适用范围广和便于计算机处理等特点。


System testability analysis based on signal model of single component

Abstract: This paper aims at studying testability analysis method on system level. A series of problems, such as the contents of judging signal state, building of signal logic relationship among the components, constructing of system's OO structure model, detecting circuits and systm simplification, building of logic related model of the system and the perform of testability analysis were studied in detail using probability distribution method, OO method, Monte Carlo method, etc. Futhermore, the quantitative indicators of testability were obtained. The research results indicate that the method in this paper can solve the problems for testability analysis effectively with many advantages including simply for modeling, having wide application areas and ease of being computerized.
