摘要:

1590超级电阻测温仪采用的软盘数据存储设备与目前的主流计算机不兼容导致数据无法即时存储,因此开发了基于1590超级电阻测温仪的数据采集、控制和数据处理软件平台,组成基于1590超级电阻测温仪的自动测试系统.通过该软件平台可以在PC机上自动设置1590超级电阻测温仪的参数,实时显示测量数据,可同时观察多个通道温度/电阻随时间变化的测量曲线并自动存储测量数据.应用该系统可以进行固定点容器温坪复现过程的监控分析、温度回升监测报警,高精密铂电阻温度计校准处理,高精密恒温槽、定点炉、干井炉的温度场均匀性和稳定性的测试与分析.


Research and design of automatic test system based on 1590 "Super-ThermometerⅡ"

Abstract: Since 1590 "Super-ThermometerⅡ" does not have perfect control software and it can not store data immediately for its floppy disk storage is incompatible with the current computer. The authors developed software for data acquisition, control and processing for it. And control software and 1590 "Super-ThermometerⅡ" form the automatic test system. The software on PC can be used to set the parameters of 1590 "Super-ThermometerⅡ"and it can display the real-time data, plot time series temperature and resistance variation diagrams, process and store testing data automatically. This system can be used to monitor the melt-freeze cycle of a fixed-point cell as well as to calibrate high-precision resistance thermometer, and test the uniformity of temperature field in high-precision thermostatic baths, furnaces and dry-well.
