摘要：

为完善我国音视频产品能效测试标准的不足,通过调研和追踪发达国家的能效法律法规与标准,制定音视频产品能效检测方法和检测标准,提出我国应对国外音视频产品能效技术壁垒方法,可起到指导出口企业提升音视频产品能效水平、提高出口音视频产品竞争力的作用.

Research on energy efficiency test technology for audio & video products

Abstract: To improve the energy efficiency testing standards of audio and video(AV) products, energy efficiency test methods and standards of AV products were developed by researching and tracking the energy efficiency laws, regulations and standards of developed countries. For the purpose of overcoming technical trade barriers of the AV products proposed by developed countries, this research can give guidance to improve the energy efficiency of AV products for export enterprises and improve the competitiveness of AV products for export.
