双柱双ECD法测定水中16种有机氯农药

摘要:

建立了双柱、双ECD法测定水中16种有机氯农药的方法, 实验考察了萃取次数、萃取溶剂体积、浓缩方式对测定结果的影响。当水样体积为200 mL时, 方法检出限为3.0~13.4 ng/L, 所得各组分的相对标准偏差为2.4%~12%, 平均回收率为73.7%~120%。采用双柱、双ECD检测器, 在一次进样的条件下, 可以同时收集两套数据供定性和定量分析, 具有定性更准确、定量更精确的特点。


Determination of 16 species of organochlorine pestcides in water

Abstract: A new method was established for determining 16 species of organochlorine pestcides in water by dual-column and dual-μECD gas chromatography. The influencing factors such as extracting times, extracting solvent volume and concentration mode were discussed. When the sample volume was 200 mL, the method detection limits were from 3.0 ng/L to 13.4 ng/L, the relative standard deviations were between 2.4% and 12%, and the average recoveries ranged from 73.7% to 120%. Two group of data for qualitative and quantitative analysis of organochlorine pestcides were obtained by one injection of sample, so this method is qualitatively more accurate and quantitatively more exact.
