回转揉捻机构的力度检测与控制研究

摘要:

茶叶、中药材、饲料等物料在回转揉捻加工过程中的揉捻力度是影响物料加工品质的重要因素,目前揉捻力度的大小和控制只能凭借经验来粗略估算,无法准确检测,影响物料加工质量,无法保证物料加工品质的一致性.通过对回转揉捻机构的改造,设置测力传感器和弹簧平衡机构,并辅以控制系统,实现了回转揉捻机构的力度准确检测和有效控制,提高了物料的揉捻加工质量,保证了揉捻品质的一致性,并且满足了回转揉捻机构参数化、自动化应用需求.


Research on measurement and controlling of rolling equipment intensity

Abstract: The rolling intensity is an important factor for the processing quality of materials-rolling,such as tea-rolling, herb-rolling and fodder-rolling, etc. At present, people roughly estimate the force of the rolling intensity only by their experience, which is not accurate enough for controlling the quality of materials-rolling, e.g., the quality of materials is not at the same level for each machining time. By transforming the intensity mechanism of the rolling equipment, applying intensity sensor and the setting of spring balance mechanism, with the controlling system, a controlling mechanism was designed to control the intensity of materials-rolling accurately. This mechanism can increase the quality of rolling, guarantee the consistency of rolling quality, and satisfy the demands of parameterization and automation for rolling equipments.
