密封垫片中石棉的检测方法研究

摘要:

针对国内没有密封垫片中石棉检测方法的现状,开展了关于样品前处理、定性、定量的研究.结果表明:密封垫片前处理的最佳灰化温度450 ℃,灰化时间为4 h;偏光显微镜(PLM) 和X射线衍射仪(XRD) 联合使用对样品定性分析,快速准确;XRD法定量的标准曲线线性良好,仪器检出限为0.4 mg,回收率在75.45%~102.89%之间,标准偏差为8.85%,满足日常检测需要.


Study on testing asbestos in gasket

Abstract: In view of the domestic situation of no asbestos examination method for gasket, the authors studied the pretreatment condition, qualitative and quantitative method of the sample. The experimental results showed the optimum pretreatment condition, i.e., ashing at temperature 450 ℃ for 4 hours. The sample should be qualitatively analyzed with polarizing microscope (PLM) and the X-ray diffractometer (XRD) union method, which was handy, rapid and accurate. And the sample should be quantitatively analyzed by XRD, which would give out much better linearity for the quantitative standard curve. Its instrument detection limit was 0.4 mg, the recovery was 75.45%-102.89%, and the standard deviation was 8.85%. These parameters indicated the method can satisfy the requirements of daily testing work.
