摘要:

水下生产系统是深水油田最为核心的组成部分,其测试工作尤其重要,制定合理的测试要求和测试方法是确保测试工作能够达到预期测试目的的基本条件。通过对比国内外水下生产系统测试技术水平的差距,参照现行的技术标准,并借鉴国外现有的测试技术,分别介绍了单元测试(SUT)、工厂接收测试(FAT)、系统集成测试(SIT)、现场接收测试(SRT)以及调试(commissioning)等水下生产系统测试环节的测试目的、主要测试内容以及测试方法和要求,有助于深入理解水下生产系统测试技术。


Review of testing technology for subsea production system

Abstract: Subsea production system plays the most important role in the deep sea oilfield. Thus, the tests on it are espelially important. Making reasonable testing requirements and excellent testing methods are essential to ensure the test results can reach the testing target. This paper compares the testing technologies of subsea production systems in China and oversea by referring to the standards and codes. It also briefly introduces the testing purposes, major testing contents, testing methods and requirements of existing test methods including factory acceptance test, system integration test, site acceptance test, commissioning, etc. The present work helps to have a better understanding of testing technology for subsea production system.
