多传感器一致性校准方法与分析

摘要:

针对目前多个称重传感器系统的偏载误差校准及调整中相邻承重点互相影响的问题,提出了基于归一化算法的多传感器一致性校准方法。通过测量同一载荷在各传感器承重点上时的输出电压,计算它们之间的差值,获得归一化处理后的偏置电阻值。结果表明:新方法可使偏载误差降低至1%以下,同时有效减少了偏载误差调整过程的盲目性。

Abstract: For solving the problem of the adjacent region interaction of positions error calibration and regulation for systems with multiple weighting sensors, a calibration technique was proposed, whose main principle was normalizing the output for multiple-sensor applications. By measuring the output-voltage of each sensor with the same excitation, and calculating the calibration value difference between the loaded and no-loaded, the bias resistor was obtained through normalization method. The result indicates that the new method could reduce the positions error under 1%, and reduce the blindness of the modification process.
