面向多星模拟器的全色彩RGB灯电控光源

摘要:

针对多星模拟器向小型化、高精度、大视场、高稳定性的发展需求,提出一种采用全色彩LED作为发光器件的多星模拟器电控光源系统。该系统采用了多达20路的全色彩RGB灯,通过控制各灯的R、G、B三基色驱动电流改变各灯的三基色输出光强,并将各色分为4个亮度档位,使每个灯最多可形成63种亮度组合,从而实现对各路全色彩RGB灯光源的光谱和亮度进行控制,其主要组成部分包括上位计算机、RS485通信总线和电控模块等。实验结果表明:光源输出光功率短期(3 d)稳定性优于1/1 000,工作稳定可靠,满足工程需求。


Circuit controlled light source system of RGB LED for multi-star simulator

Abstract: In order to meet the requirements for developing multi-star simulator in miniaturization, high-precision, large field of view, and high reliability, a circuit controlled light source system based on full color RGB lamp was proposed. It can control the spectrum and brightness of as many as 20 pieces of full color RGB lamp by changing the constant current source of each lamp and adjusting the brightness of each base color. Each color is divided into 4 gears and as a result, each lamp could form 63 kinds of brightness combination. Main compositions of the system are upper computer, RS485 communication bus and circuit control modules. Testing results show that its short-term(3 days) stability of output optical power is better than 1/1 000. It works stably, and fully meets the engineering requirements.
