HPLC法定量测定原乳中青霉素钾酶解产物的研究

摘要:

为判定原料乳中是否添加青霉素类抗生素分解剂进而区别真假无抗奶,根据青霉素经青霉素酶作用后产物为青霉噻唑酸的特性,采用HPLC法对原乳中青霉素的酶解产物进行定量测定。方法回收率为89.7%~92.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.7%~5.5%(n=3),在2~60 mg/L范围内青霉噻唑酸钾线性关系良好,方法检出限(S/N=3)为0.2 mg/L。试验表明:该方法可用于准确定量,且前处理简单,适合大通量检测。


Study on determination of enzymatic hydrolysate from penicillin potassium in raw milk by HPLC

Abstract: As the enzymatic hydrolysate of penicillin potassium is penicilloic acid potassium, a method was established to distinguish real or fake "non-anti-milk" through determining the content of penicilloic acid potassium in raw milk with high-performance liquid chromatography. The recovery is 89.7%~92.7%, and relative standard deviation(RSD) is in 1.7%~5.5%(n=3). Within the range of 2~60 mg/L, the linear relationship of penicilloic acid potassium is good. The detection limit(S/N=3) is 0.2 mg/L. The experimental results indicates the method can accurately determine penicilloic acid potassium quantitatively and the pretreatment is simple. It is more suitable for a huge amount of testing.
