方舱日照热效应试验影响因素分析

摘要:

为解决方舱日照热效应试验时舱顶温度不均匀、难以达到试验条件的问题,按照GJB 2093-1994《军用方舱通用试验方法》对方舱进行日照热效应试验,监测方舱顶部温度及相应的试验环境,根据监测数据分析影响方舱日照热效应试验的各种因素。实践证明:辐射强度、风速和方舱自身特性等因素对方舱顶部温度影响很大,试验人员应采取措施避免或减小各种因素的影响。


Analysis of influencing factors of shelters solar load test

Abstract: The temperature on the top of shelters was uneven when the solar load test was carried out which affected the test process. To solve this problem, the solar load capability of shelters was tested by GJB 2093-1994. The temperature on the top of shelters and the relevant environment(radiant intensity, wind speed etc.) were monitored. According to the monitored data, the influencing factors of the shelters solar load test were analyzed. It is found that the factors include radiant intensity, wind speed, the features of shelter, etc. The tester must take measures to avoid or reduce the impact of such factors.
